The unique function of our Customer Contact Center is that it's staffed by Able purchasers who want to upgrade their customer support and laptop skills, which can help them in coming into the workforce! In the Customer Contact Center, I work with my team to help construct their expertise by making a solid foundation of customer service aptitude. We participate in frequently scheduled training that displays related subjects in right now’s customer service business.
